CommPartHS is developed alongside working Ohio districts and career centers. Our design partners are the EMIS coordinators, counselors, and administrators who live this work every day, and the product is shaped by what they actually do each morning.
Leadership that has lived this work.
Our leadership has been in and working with schools and governments for nearly a decade: regulating a state industry alongside law enforcement on the Ohio Casino Control Commission, governing a public university as trustee and board chair, building technology at national scale, and leading a technology brand with global reach. Public accountability is not a talking point here. It is where we come from.
Will Lucas, Founder & CEO
Will leads brand strategy for AfroTech, the largest Black tech platform and conference in the world, bringing together more than 40,000 technologists, founders, and investors every year. He hosts the NAACP Image Award-nominated podcast Black Tech Green Money, and has spent two decades building technology and brands for companies, institutions, and communities.
Closer to home, he has chaired the University of Toledo Board of Trustees and served the State of Ohio across three administrations. That mix matters here: CommPartHS sits where education, public accountability, and technology meet, and that is the intersection Will has worked his whole career.
